What Does the Training Material Include?

It provides comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge on:

• how neurotraining works
• the application of consciousness technologies
• the use of audiovisual stimulation (AVS)
• the system of state assessment and program design

During the course, you will get to know a mental state assessment method developed in Hungary, which will enable you to put together personalized training programs and apply the AVS technique more effectively.

Course Structure

It takes place entirely online, with a flexible schedule.

Days 1–3 – Theoretical Training (Video Format)

• training material created from recordings of live sessions
• can be completed at your own pace
• available in a closed learning system with individual access

Day 4 – Practical Training (Live Online Session)

• real-time participation
• creating and evaluating your own tests
• putting together training programs
• collaborative work and experience sharing

The date is set by mutual agreement.

Individual Consultation – Personalized Support

As part of the training, you have 4 hours of individual consultation available, which you can use for:

• discussing the tests completed while preparing for the exam
• evaluating your own, family, or client tests
• putting together and fine-tuning training programs

This ensures that the knowledge you gain doesn’t remain purely theoretical, but can also be applied confidently in practice.

• Overview of the most common problems from a practical perspective
• The history of AVS technology and its physiological function
• Brain regions, functions, and neurochemical processes
• Brainwaves, sleep, learning, concentration, and memory
• How visual and auditory stimulation works
• States of consciousness and the effects of meditation
• The Agytréner drawing test and its evaluation
• The system for putting together training programs
• The effects of programs and their optimal application
• How HRV and CES technologies work and their research background
• Day 4: creating and evaluating your own test and designing a training program
