The Delight Plus Agytréner is a portable device that offers a framework for relaxation through the rhythm of light and sound impulses. Many people use it to “unwind” during the day: they sit down, put on the glasses and headphones, and step away from the day’s pace for 20–30 minutes.
Five programs are available: Energizing, Meditation, Peak Form, Sleep, and Better Mood — selectable according to the time of day and need.
