  • I’d like learning to involve less struggle.
  • It would be good to stay on one task longer, without drifting off.
  • I’d like to start the day more calmly and with more composure.
  • I’d like my thoughts to be more organized
  • …and to tackle tasks with momentum instead of procrastination.

What can audio-visual stimulation offer in situations that demand concentration?

  • Rhythmic brainwave entrainment: EEG research has long shown that the brain’s electrical activity can follow rhythmic light and sound stimulation.[1]
  • Mental performance: According to an independent review by the University of Debrecen summarizing 24 peer-reviewed studies, cognitive performance is one of the most frequently studied applications of AVS.[2]
  • Hungarian school experience: In a Hungarian controlled study, the learning abilities of groups who took part in an AVS program alongside their regular development work improved more than those of the control group.[3]
  • Calm composure: During longer light-and-sound stimulation sessions, studies have observed physical relaxation and physiological signs of a restful state.[4]
  • Gentle, non-invasive method: According to an independent systematic review, light-and-sound stimulation can be used safely and non-invasively to achieve favorable mental states.[5]

The Agytréner program works with audio-visual stimulation (AVE) technology: the light sources built into the glasses and the headphones deliver rhythmic light and sound pulses. It is a well-known phenomenon that the brain’s electrical activity can follow this kind of rhythmic stimulation (so-called photic and auditory entrainment)[1] – building on this, the programs offer variants for concentration, refreshment, and relaxation.

Attention and concentration are the foundation of learning, work, and everyday tasks. In a busy, stimulus-filled world, many people – children and adults alike – find it harder to stay on one task, and their thoughts easily scatter. At times like these, a calm, regular routine and conscious preparation for situations that demand concentration can make a real difference.

Discover how the Agytréner program works!

The key to the Agytréner program is its personalized approach. As a first step, in a personal assessment we get to know your goals, daily habits, and what time of day and what kind of programs would suit you best – whether that means getting into the right mindset before studying, focused work, or unwinding after the day. For children, a parent always takes part in the assessment and in shaping the program plan.
Based on the assessment, we put together an individual program plan and help you choose the right Agytréner device. With the device, you can do the program flexibly, from the comfort of your own home. The assessment is not a medical examination and does not replace a medical diagnosis.

Take the first step toward more focused, calmer learning and work!

“I received a professionally credible assessment, a very thorough evaluation, consultation and follow-up! …and they didn’t charge any “extra fees”! Honest, highly skilled professionals.”

Zoltán Nagy, local tour guide

“In my despair, I no longer knew where to turn. I was worried about my son because his grades were slipping, and we couldn’t help him. A friend recommended this program. I’m so grateful to the team, because the question is no longer whether he’ll be able to finish school, but how good his grades will be!”

Mrs. Zoltán M., mother

“I sleep much more easily now, and my performance has improved tremendously… Thank you!”

Benedek Mihály, engineer

Using the device has been an amazing experience for me. It’s incredible how much calmer I’ve become, and how I’ve been able to hold my own in more stressful situations. […]

Catherine Garceau, Olympic medalist swimmer

In short, I’d simply say that with Agytréner’s help, I’ve been able to achieve everything I wanted in life.
