Mental Freshness and Peaceful Days in Later Life
A sound- and light-based relaxation program – at home, in comfort

A few minutes of calm and refreshment each day – whether for yourself or for an older loved one.
Audio-visual stimulation (AVS) works with rhythmic light and sound stimuli. It has long been known from EEG research that the brain’s electrical activity can follow a rhythmic light stimulus[3]. Agytréner programs are relaxation and wellbeing programs built on this phenomenon.

What can audio-visual stimulation (AVS) offer in later life?
The Agytréner program works with audio-visual stimulation (AVE) technology: light sources built into the glasses and the headphones deliver rhythmic light and sound pulses. It is a known phenomenon that the brain’s electrical activity can follow such rhythmic stimulation (so-called photic and auditory driving)[3] – building on this, the programs offer relaxing, refreshing, and evening variants.
For many, later life brings more free time – but often less mental challenge, slower days, and more hours spent alone. A regular, calm daily routine can do a great deal for wellbeing, and can give family members meaningful time to spend together.
Would you like yourself or an older loved one to experience calmer, fresher days?
it has been known in EEG research that brain rhythms can follow flickering light[3]
are summarized in the University of Debrecen’s independent, Hungarian-language AVS review[2]
Imagine your day beginning or ending with a calm, pleasant ritual: a quiet quarter of an hour devoted purely to rest and refreshment – even shared with a loved one.
Take the first step toward calmer, fresher everyday life!
Discover how the Agytréner program works!
The key to the Agytréner program is its personalized approach. As a first step, a personal assessment helps us learn about your goals, your daily habits, and what kind of programs you need at different times of day – whether that means relaxation, winding down in the evening, or a boost of freshness during the day.
Based on the assessment, we put together an individual program plan and also help you choose the right Agytréner device. With the device, you can carry out the program flexibly, from the comfort of your own home. The assessment is not a medical examination and does not replace a medical diagnosis.
Set aside a few minutes each day for calm! Take the first step toward a more balanced, fresher everyday life!

Agytréner Devices – Programs and Options
Among the Agytréner devices, we recommend the DAVID Delight Plus and DAVID Delight Pro models. Both devices use audio-visual entrainment (AVE) technology; the DAVID Delight Pro also features CES (cranio-electro stimulation), which delivers a gentle, supplementary microcurrent stimulus through ear-clip electrodes.
Discover the possibilities of the Agytréner devices, and let’s find the solution that’s best for you, together!
